The data is available for download in multiple formats; there is also an API.

A dataset is showing on the list of Russian Federation is showing in at least one record, so there might be one line on Russia (as in Voting Powers datasets), or a lot of records on specific loans and projects. Let me know if you need more details on our datasets, can write something more detailed if needed. One of the most popular datasets is Major Contract Awards. Here is a filter I just created for Russia: https://finances.worldbank.org/Procurement/Major-Contract-Awards-Russian-Federation/jt9s-zviy. It shows what suppliers won contracts on prior-review Bank projects in Russia. You can also create a filter with Russia as a supplier country to see what Russian vendors are winning contracts in other countries etc.

World Bank is now finishing up a translation project, and should release multilingual version by the beginning of October (in time for the hackathon). All pages, navigation, dataset names, column names and descriptions will be available in Russian. Certain data values (country names, loan statuses, etc will also be translated).
